HVAC & Ducting in Dubai

Dubai runs its cooling harder than almost anywhere else, and the difference between an air-conditioning system that performs and one that fights you for ten years is decided during installation. Malik Adeel Technical Works LLC handles the full HVAC package on villas, fit-outs and commercial buildings across Dubai — from reading the shop drawings and fabricating the ductwork to balancing the air at handover.

We work with in-house duct fabricators, fitters and AC technicians rather than sublet crews, which is why our duct runs match the drawings and our commissioning sheets are filled in on site rather than in an office afterwards.

How we work

HVAC & Ducting on Dubai projects

Ductwork that matches the drawing

GI ducting is fabricated to the approved shop drawings, installed with correct supports and hangers, insulated properly at the joints, and set out so grilles and diffusers land where the ceiling layout says they should. We coordinate duct routes with the electrical and plumbing trades before anything is hung, which is where most of the rework on Dubai fit-outs comes from.

Every unit type on Dubai projects

Ducted split systems, wall-mounted and cassette units, fan coil units on district-cooling buildings, and AHUs on larger commercial work. We handle refrigerant piping, drain lines with correct falls, condensate pumps where gravity will not do the job, and the electrical interlock back to the DB.

Ventilation, not just cooling

Kitchen exhaust, car-park ventilation, toilet extract and fresh-air systems — the parts of an HVAC package that get value-engineered out and then cause complaints. We size, install and commission them as part of the same scope.

Testing, commissioning and the paperwork

Pressure testing on chilled-water lines, leak testing on refrigerant circuits, air balancing with readings recorded per outlet, and a commissioning file handed over at completion. If the consultant wants a method statement before we start, we issue one.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you handle HVAC work for both villas and commercial buildings in Dubai?

Yes. We work on private villas, apartment fit-outs, retail units, warehouses and commercial floors across Dubai. The scope scales with the project — a villa may be a ducted split package, while a commercial floor involves AHUs, chilled-water piping and full balancing.

Can you work from our consultant’s shop drawings?

Yes. We fabricate and install to approved shop drawings and will raise RFIs where the drawing conflicts with site conditions rather than improvising and creating a snag later.

Do you offer an annual maintenance contract after installation?

Yes. Most clients move onto a planned preventive maintenance schedule after handover — filter cleaning, coil cleaning, drain line flushing, refrigerant checks and a service report each visit.

How quickly can you mobilise a team in Dubai?

For most Dubai projects we can survey within 48 hours and mobilise a crew within a week, depending on the size of the package. Manpower-only requirements can usually move faster.

Other trades

We cover the rest of the MEP scope too

Holding every trade in-house is what removes the coordination gaps between contractors on a Dubai site.
