Electrical Contracting in Dubai

Electrical work is the trade that gets inspected hardest and remembered longest. Malik Adeel Technical Works LLC delivers DEWA-compliant electrical packages across Dubai — first-fix containment through to final testing and certification — with electricians who have spent years on UAE sites rather than learning the standards on yours.

We take on complete fit-out packages, villa rewires, distribution board upgrades and fault-finding call-outs, and we are equally comfortable working as the electrical package under a main contractor.

How we work

Electrical Contracting on Dubai projects

First fix done properly

Conduit, trunking, cable tray and floor containment set out to the drawing and fixed before block work and plaster close it in. Back-boxes at the right heights, correct segregation between power and data, and pull-strings left where they will be needed. Getting this stage right is what stops chasing walls open again later.

Distribution boards and panels

DB dressing that an inspector can read, correct breaker selection and labelling, load balancing across phases, and panel upgrades on existing buildings where the original board can no longer carry the load. We also handle changeover arrangements where the building cannot lose supply during the works.

Lighting, small power and emergency systems

Lighting circuits, dimming and control wiring, emergency and exit lighting, socket and small-power layouts, and the coordination with the ceiling and joinery trades that decides whether a fit-out looks finished or improvised.

Testing, certification and fault-finding

Insulation resistance, earth continuity, loop impedance and RCD testing with results recorded, plus commissioning support for inspection. For existing buildings we also take on diagnostic work — tracing intermittent faults, nuisance tripping and overheating terminations.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is your electrical work carried out to DEWA standards?

Yes. Our installation, testing and documentation follow DEWA requirements, and we provide the test records needed for inspection and handover.

Can you take on an electrical package under a main contractor?

Yes. A large part of our work is executed as a subcontract package alongside other trades, including on projects with SAIFCO and Intergrande BKC. We work to the main contractor’s programme, HSE rules and reporting format.

Do you do distribution board upgrades in occupied buildings?

Yes. We plan the changeover so the building loses supply for the shortest possible window, usually outside working hours, and agree the sequence with the facility team in advance.

Do you attend electrical breakdowns and fault-finding call-outs?

Yes. We take reactive call-outs across Dubai for tripping circuits, failed DBs, burnt terminations and intermittent faults, and we quote the remedial work before carrying it out.

Other trades

We cover the rest of the MEP scope too

Holding every trade in-house is what removes the coordination gaps between contractors on a Dubai site.
